I feel obligated to post something here. I desperately want to get back into the mood of blogging, but I'm feeling a bit off. I think maybe I need something to inspire me. Enough of the small talk, I'm going to watch Jeopardy! (the exclamation mark is part of the name). I have a thousand word essay due tomorrow on whether Abortion was ethical. And I haven't started. Do you know what this means? Another late night with Mae blasting through my speakers.

Oh btw, Hui Buh was a good movie. Even though it was rated G, it was a really good movie, worth my $10. Haha Plus it was in German. All films like that are predictable, but in German, everything is different.

With any luck, I will post up the pictures from Athletics. It took me over 3 hours to load all the pictures, but now I have something on my photobucket. Ask me for the link, or the password if you just want to see the pictures. I don't know why you'd like to do that, but hey! you guys are queer. :D

Rae

oh oh and if the two of you decide to write something, and see that there is something called Define, and something called Sweet Revenge. Choose the latter. I will tell you about project: define love soon.

I haven't been here in ages, and I'm sorry. It's a bit disappointing that all three of us haven't touched it but still manage to know what's going on with each other. Well, not so much lately, internet's been down on me, and the other two.. Hmm maybe school?

Well Sean, keep me updated with everything through Email. School's in 2 days and I don't think I will have the time to entertain our Skype whims. Hours of talking would not help me pass Math!

Ok you know what, I don't think I'd want to blog here anymore.. I'm getting hella lazy. Since I got my camera back, I'll just post on pictures? We'll see. We'll see.

EASTER IS HERE

EASTER IS HERE!!!! Easter is always a happy occasion. On Easter weekend, it's double holiday!!! Good Friday, then two days later it's Easter!!! Well, it sucks that our easter holiday here in Singapore is only 1 day. In England, it's 3 weeks!!! What an impossibly big difference. ARGH!!!
So anyway, church was AWESOME!! As seen in the pictures above... The guy glaring at the camera is my filipino cousin, Renier.
OMG, the Easter drama production was so cool!! My chinese cousin matheus acted as one of the people in the crowd. It was hilarious watching him! THe 2 coolest things about the drama, was of course, Satan, and the cruxifiction scene, just like every other year. Okay fine it's sad to see Jesus getting nailed and hung on the cross but it's so cool how they act it out realistically.
Satan was so cool coz he carried a live python on stage! THe satan actor handled it so professionally! He kept pointing the python's head at Jesus when he was talking to Jesus. I was wondering if the snake would become agitated and start attacking the actors on stage.
But I was kinda disappointed with the hell scene. Last year's hell scene was scarier, as scary as JU-ON and all those other horror movies! There were 'demons' all over the place and they kept screaming and screaming when Jesus appeared. All the demon actors had such convincing goth make-up on them, they looked so demonic. So freaky lah. It was like really in hell. It's so scary to know that the real hell is so much worst than that.
My dance performance with my 'crew', EUPHORIA, is coming up in a week!! Bleah. I'm really
lousy, and I gotta practice so much more! THis is a video of us practicing...

You'll Be All That I Need, Always

The exchange program held at Henderson Secondary turned out to be quite good actually, probably because we weren't forced to mingle and make conversation with strangers. All we did was warm up together and performed for the other Choirs as they listened. Every school took a turn. There were:
  1. Beatty Secondary School
  2. Bishan Park Secondary
  3. Bowen Secondary School
  4. Chai Chee Secondary School
  5. First Toa Payoh Secondary
  6. Henderson Secondary School
  7. North Vista Secondary School
  8. Unity Secondary School
.. And my school of course, Serangoon Garden Secondary School.
We were the smallest Choir there and we were all shivering in thought as we wondered about how we were gonna sound big and compete with all the 90-strong Choirs like Bowen and Henderson around us. Surprisingly, we were complimented on sounding strong and full for a Choir our size. It was great news for us and we were all so relieved after hearing that.
Leeyen was there too! We kept messaging each other during the program. Her Choir was quite good too! They had good melody and balance, I felt.

Well, anyway, Qing Ming Jie before that was pretty cool too, except for the fact that I had to wake up at 6AM in the wee hours of the morning. I didn't really fancy meeting my relatives either, but we didn't talk too, so yeah. We created the massive bonfire with all the joss paper and incense and hell notes and paper-what-nots. I do hope my grandmother does actually receive all of that, because we're really just creating pollution.

I've been slacking off a lot lately. But here I'll still carry on and introduce to you some nice films I've caught recently:
  • Happy Birthday (Chinese)
  • Little Miss Sunshine (English)
  • Stranger Than Fiction (English)
  • Crying Out Love, In The Centre Of The World (Japanese)
  • Thirteen (English)
  • Big Fish (English)
  • Forever Fever (English -Local)
Niceeee to waaaaaatch! Okay, time to shower and possibly do homework!
